Suno Board is built with a strict privacy-by-design approach. The extension is engineered to keep processing as local, direct, secure, and minimal as possible, to avoid unnecessary data collection, and to avoid building a product around storing your information.

We take extensive steps to protect user data, reduce retention, and keep the extension’s data flow as direct as possible while preserving the highest output quality for rendering, encoding, exporting, and upload features.

1. Privacy-First Design

Suno Board is designed to:

  • avoid collecting unnecessary personal information,
  • avoid retaining user data unless a feature strictly requires it,
  • process media locally on your device whenever possible,
  • communicate directly with the service required for the feature you choose to use,
  • avoid hidden tracking, hidden profiling, and unnecessary third-party sharing.

2. Information We Access

Depending on the features you use, Suno Board may access:

  • your Suno account session data needed to interact with Suno,
  • your Suno track data, workspace data, lyrics, prompts, metadata, and related media information,
  • your Google and YouTube authorization data if you choose to connect YouTube,
  • your Google profile name, email address, and profile image returned during YouTube authentication,
  • your YouTube channel information, playlists, upload responses, and thumbnail-related data when you use YouTube features,
  • images or artwork you choose to upload from your own device,
  • media files created locally on your device for export or upload,
  • payment-related request data needed to start or manage subscription or checkout flows.

3. How We Handle That Information

Our goal is to access only what is required to perform the feature you requested, use it only for that feature, and avoid keeping it any longer than necessary.

Suno Board is not designed as a product that builds user profiles, sells user data, or stores unnecessary personal information in a separate marketing or analytics database.

4. What We Store

The extension does store limited data locally where required for functionality. Based on the current implementation, that local storage may include:

  • extension authentication state,
  • a locally generated device identifier,
  • YouTube connection state used by the extension,
  • download history and download-folder organization data,
  • saved description templates and related preferences,
  • analytics-related cache and settings,
  • cached lyric timing data,
  • interface settings and feature preferences.

This storage is used only to operate the extension on your device.

5. External Services Used By The Features You Choose

When required by the feature you use, Suno Board communicates with:

  • Suno services, for Suno account and track features,
  • Google and YouTube services, for authentication and YouTube upload features,
  • Stripe-powered payment flows, for purchases and subscription management,
  • the backend endpoint at https://suno-to-youtube.liljcool45.workers.dev for account initialization and payment-related extension functions.

6. What We Do Not Do As A Product Practice

  • We do not present Suno Board as a product that sells your personal information.
  • We do not use your Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not present Suno Board as a hidden browsing tracker.
  • We do not intentionally keep more user data than is needed for the extension’s actual features.
