Terms of Service

By using Suno Board, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Suno Board is a Chrome extension for working with Suno content, exporting media, creating local outputs, and optionally uploading content to YouTube.

1. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for all prompts, text, metadata, images, artwork, audio, video, thumbnails, uploads, exports, and other material you create, process, or publish through Suno Board.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you use with the extension.

2. Copyright And Ownership Restrictions

  • You must not upload, export, download, publish, or distribute content you do not have the right to use.
  • You must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • You must not use Suno Board to mass-download, extract, or exploit songs or assets in a way that violates the rights of creators, users, or connected services.
  • You must not attempt to access, copy, export, or exploit songs or assets that are not yours where such use is not authorized.
  • You must not use the extension to circumvent paywalls, access controls, subscription limits, download restrictions, quotas, or other service restrictions.

3. Prohibited Content

  • You must not use Suno Board to create, upload, process, export, or publish illegal content.
  • You must not use Suno Board for sexually explicit content where prohibited by law or platform policy.
  • You must not use Suno Board for exploitative, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, defamatory, or threatening content.
  • You must not use Suno Board to impersonate others in a misleading or unlawful way.
  • You must not use Suno Board in violation of Suno, Google, YouTube, Stripe, or Chrome Web Store rules.

4. Security And Abuse Restrictions

  • You must not introduce malicious code, scripts, payloads, prompts, injections, or harmful input intended to damage, disrupt, exploit, or interfere with the extension or connected services.
  • You must not probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the extension, its backend endpoints, or connected third-party services.
  • You must not bypass or attempt to bypass security controls, authentication boundaries, rate limits, or service protections.
  • You must not use automation or abusive workflows in a way that harms the service, other users, or connected platforms.

5. AI And Generation-Related Restrictions

  • If you use Suno Board with AI-generated or AI-assisted workflows, you remain fully responsible for the legality and permissibility of the prompts and content you use.
  • You must not use the extension to generate, process, or publish content that violates intellectual property rights.
  • You must not use the extension to misuse another person’s identity, likeness, voice, brand, or protected material without authorization.
  • You must not use the extension in a way intended to deceive, manipulate, or cause harm.

6. Third-Party Services

Suno Board depends on third-party services including Suno, Google, YouTube, Stripe, and Cloudflare. Your use of Suno Board must also comply with the terms and policies of the third-party services you use with it.

If a third-party service changes its APIs, permissions, rules, or access model, some features of Suno Board may change, become limited, or stop working.

7. Payments

Paid features, subscriptions, and checkout flows are handled through Stripe-powered payment flows and related backend services used by the extension.

8. Suspension Or Termination

Access to some or all features may be limited or terminated if you misuse the extension, violate these Terms, violate third-party platform rules, or use the extension in a way that creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

Suno Board is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
