Suno Board is a Chrome extension for Suno creators. It helps you download and organize Suno tracks, export lyrics and metadata, create lyric videos and visualizers, build board-based media projects, and generate optional AI images or videos through paid features.

The extension is designed so your Suno audio downloads, video rendering, visualizer rendering, lyric video creation, and local exports happen on your device. Suno Board does not upload your finished videos to external publishing platforms for you.

Why did Suno Board ask for YouTube permission?

Earlier versions of Suno Board included an optional YouTube analytics feature. That feature used YouTube access so a creator could view channel analytics without giving Suno Board broader personal account access than needed.

This was intended as a privacy-conscious implementation: it requested the YouTube access required for channel analytics instead of collecting unrelated personal information. However, the Chrome permission prompt could still be confusing because users saw YouTube.com listed as a requested permission.

In version 1.1.6, Suno Board removed the YouTube permission and the YouTube analytics feature to avoid that confusion. Suno Board does not currently connect to your YouTube account or upload videos to YouTube for you. A YouTube-related feature may return later only if it can be presented with clear, understandable permission language.

1. Privacy-First Design

Suno Board is designed to:

  • avoid collecting unnecessary personal information,
  • avoid retaining user data unless a feature strictly requires it,
  • process downloads, video rendering, and exports locally on your device whenever possible,
  • communicate only with the services required for the feature you choose to use,
  • avoid hidden tracking, hidden profiling, and unnecessary third-party sharing.

2. Information We Access

Depending on the features you use, Suno Board may access:

  • your Suno session token and device identifier needed to make Suno requests from your browser session,
  • your Suno tracks, workspace lists, folders, lyrics, prompts, titles, artwork URLs, metadata, audio URLs, and related media information needed for downloading, rendering, organization, and export features,
  • files, images, or artwork you choose to add to a board or use as generation input,
  • locally created media files and project data used to render or export your work,
  • Google profile information returned by Google sign-in, including your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image, when you choose to sign in,
  • generation prompts, selected model settings, input images, and generated outputs when you use paid AI generation or upscale features,
  • issue reports or contact messages you choose to submit, including the text you enter and technical details needed to investigate the report,
  • payment-related request data needed to start checkout, manage subscriptions, credit balances, access codes, and billing state.

3. How We Handle That Information

Our goal is to access only what is required to perform the feature you requested, use it only for that feature, and avoid keeping it any longer than necessary.

Suno Board is not designed as a product that builds user profiles, sells user data, or stores unnecessary personal information in a separate marketing or analytics database.

4. What We Store

The extension stores limited data locally where required for functionality. Local storage may include:

  • Suno authentication state and a locally generated device identifier,
  • cached Suno workspace and track data used for faster loading and workspace downloads,
  • download history, download folders, downloaded-item state, sidecar metadata options, and download preferences,
  • board workspaces, board nodes, generated media references, pending generation state, locally cached board images, and board layout data,
  • saved export text templates and related export preferences,
  • cached lyric timing data and lyric alignment edits,
  • Google user information in Chrome session storage while signed in,
  • interface settings, feature preferences, and cached credit display values.

This local storage is used to operate the extension on your device, restore your workspace, avoid repeated setup work, and keep downloads and generated media organized.

The backend stores limited account, billing, credit, access-code, subscription, generation, and support records needed to operate paid features and support. This may include your Google account identifier, your email address, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, credit balances, billing name, access-code status, and generation history needed for accounting and service operation.

If you use the in-extension issue reporter or the website contact form, your message is sent to our backend and forwarded to our support automation provider so the request can be handled.

Your email address is used to identify your account, connect support requests to an existing user or customer, manage purchases and access, and send account or service-related messages when necessary. We do not use Google user data for advertising and we do not sell your email address.

5. Google Permissions

Suno Board requests Google sign-in for account identity, paid feature access, credits, subscriptions, generation history, and support/account matching.

The OAuth scopes requested are Google profile and Google email. Google sign-in is handled server-side on Suno Board's API domain; the extension itself never receives or stores Google access tokens.

6. External Services Used By The Features You Choose

When required by the feature you use, Suno Board communicates with:

  • Suno services, for Suno account and track features,
  • Google services, for Google sign-in and Google profile/email userinfo,
  • Stripe-powered payment flows, for purchases and subscription management,
  • AI generation and upscale providers through the backend, only when you use paid generation or upscale features,
  • Activepieces-powered support automation, only when you submit an issue report or contact form,
  • our backend endpoint, for account initialization, payment-related extension functions, access/credit checks, generation requests, generation status updates, image upload preparation for supported providers, and issue-report forwarding.

7. Website Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. This applies to the public website, not to your local Suno audio rendering or extension workspace exports.

8. What We Do Not Do As A Product Practice

  • We do not present Suno Board as a product that sells your personal information.
  • We do not use your Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not upload videos to publishing platforms for you.
  • We do not connect to your TikTok or Instagram account.
  • We do not present Suno Board as a hidden browsing tracker.
  • We do not intentionally keep more user data than is needed for the extension’s actual features.
